1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the db365 platform available at db365.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and db365 (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and close your account if one has been created.

db365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered users via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the db365 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the db365 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, RNG slot games, crash games, card games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and all payment transactions conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and operate a db365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. db365 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual users. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of db365 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform. If you have applied for self-exclusion at db365 or any other platform with which db365 has a shared exclusion arrangement, you are not permitted to register or continue using the platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must be registered in the name of the individual who will use it. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.

db365 employs automated systems to detect registration attempts by underage users and conducts periodic manual reviews of account data to maintain compliance. The platform encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Resources including Net Nanny and similar tools can be used to restrict access to db365.club at the device or network level.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of db365, including the ability to deposit BDT, place wagers, and withdraw winnings, you must complete the account registration process. During registration you will be required to provide: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile phone number, your date of birth, and a chosen username and password.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. To complete KYC, you must submit a clear, legible copy of one government-issued photo identification document — either your National ID card or your passport — and a proof of payment method (for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered under your name). KYC documents are reviewed by the db365 compliance team within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM BST, UTC+6), and within 2 hours at all other times.

db365 may request additional documentation at any time where there is a reasonable compliance or security concern. This may include proof of source of funds, additional photo ID, or a selfie verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time frame may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Account Security Obligations

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security of your db365 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances. db365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number to add an additional layer of protection to your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the db365 support team immediately at [email protected].

Account Closure

You may request closure of your db365 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified BDT balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation, active self-exclusion, or pending KYC review cannot be closed until those processes are resolved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on db365 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers to accounts held at major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad transactions.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your db365 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours to reflect in your account, depending on the processing schedule of the sending bank.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• db365 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your bKash, Nagad, or bank account terms for details.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM BST on business days are typically processed within 2 hours. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM BST are processed the following morning.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the db365 account holder.
• db365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
• Bonus credits cannot be directly withdrawn. Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

db365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the individual promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to withdrawable funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 0%). The contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the promotion details.
• db365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: betting all sides of a market, exploiting technical pricing errors, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk mechanical bets solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonus credits. These limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.

Withdrawal of Bonus-Related Winnings

Once wagering requirements have been fully met, the resulting withdrawable balance is treated as regular funds and can be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal rules set out in Section 4. There is no additional restriction on the withdrawal of legitimately earned bonus-derived winnings beyond the general withdrawal policy.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the db365 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker and card game formats.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users through the normal interface.
• Arbitrage and Sure Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between db365 odds and other bookmakers' odds with the intent of guaranteed profit rather than genuine sporting engagement.
• Account Sharing: Permitting any other person to access or operate your account, or accessing any other person's account.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds into a db365 account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through the db365 support channel. Abusive chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, display errors, pricing mistakes, or balance crediting errors. Any winnings derived from an obvious error may be voided at db365's discretion.
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language toward db365 staff or other platform users via any communication channel including live chat and email.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence — referral to the appropriate Bangladeshi authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the db365 platform — including but not limited to the db365 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, user interface layout, written content, imagery, iconography, software code, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of db365 or of its licensed game providers and content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the db365 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any db365 content; create derivative works based on any db365 material; frame or mirror the db365 website on any third-party site; or use db365 content in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without express written permission.

Game content — including the visual design, audio, mechanics, and mathematics of individual games — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. db365 operates as a licensed distributor of these games and does not claim ownership over game content.

Any unauthorised use of db365 intellectual property or the intellectual property of its game providers may result in account termination, civil claims for damages, and/or criminal prosecution where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db365 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures, or technical errors in game outcomes.

db365 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to the site or to specific games and payment channels. db365 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the platform homepage and will restore services as promptly as practicable following any unplanned outage.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, db365 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore balances to the state immediately preceding the error. This right applies even if the error resulted in an apparent win being displayed to the player. db365 will notify affected players when such corrections are applied.

db365's total aggregate liability to any individual user — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
